Inala provided the most hospitable and above customer service for an experience in both fitting and returning my items. The black tux has overall great customer service that matches their garments. However, I would 10 out of 10. Recommend this experience anyone who’s looking to not only feel seen on her but valued in your experience thank you again, Inala!

Winston at Black tux Nordstrom in Garden city was awesome and very knowledgeable. We came in looking for a black tuxedo after shopping at a dozen stores. He took measurements and it was a perfect fit. Every suit I own I’ve always had to get tailored and this fit perfectly. Winston was very patient, paid attention to every detail and personable. We had a great experience with him. Perfect guy to help you if you need a perfect fit in a short amount of time.

The Black Tux at Nordstrom in Roosevelt Field was OK. I am writing this review specifically to commend Inala James.

Ms. James - WOW! What an employee! Not only did she help to diffuse the situation, she quickly fixed all the mistakes previously employees made with our order. She is excellent at her job! The perfect personality to be dealing with people. She is kind, patient & calm. What a very valuable employee.

On top of fixing all the mistakes, she called in AFTER our event to make sure everything went well and made sure we were able to handle the returning process. Talk about going above and beyond!

As a business owner myself I think outstanding employees need to be recognized. I HOPE the people at The Black Tux see this and know how valuable Ms. James is!
