(January 10, 2021, 11:21 am)Friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something they won't try to get you to buy something that's doesn't fit your needs. I was looking for a specific type of machine screws and they told me to go online. The next time I went there, I asked if it were cheaper to purchase several small packs of screws or a box of 100 and the owner said that the box is cheaper.
