“I recently had an issue with my car's steering that was caused by a tow truck. Joe, who runs service, had my car on a lift same day and quickly eyed the provlem. An outside tow guy broke a tie rod. The service was very helpful and he was very professional and friendly. When it came to negotiating, they have set pricing but he came down a little and I left happy. I like that you can talk to the service technician who does the actual work on our car. He was very familiar with the issues I had and he pinpointed exactly what needed to be adjusted. He also took me into the back of the shop to look under the hood with him and showed me where I could upgrade an air filter I hadn't even know was blown. He put the car on a lift and showed me underneath where he was working on the steering. I am an unusual customer because I want to see the work and I really appreciated the opportunity to get back there in the shop. Car's running much better now and it feels safer on turns.”
