I never used them before. I just showed up with a long scratch on my new car. I was totally bummed out. I met with Jared, he gave me a fair estimate. I dropped off my car and picked it up the same day. The car is back to new, no evidence of a scratch. They charged me exactly what they quoted. Also, they went out of their way to help me with transportation which was really nice. Finally, every person i had spoken with and dealt with there were super nice and helpful. Nothing but 5 stars on this experience.

Extremely happy with their service! Paul, Jared, and Debbie were such a huge help with making sure my vehicle was properly taken care of! I received daily updates on my vehicle status and everyone was so accommodating in getting me in my vehicle very quickly! Highly recommend! They will not disappoint! Thank you for making my bmw feel brand new!

They are really great here!! Second car they fixed and I’m always so satisfied with their work and communication. They keep you apprised of any issues and will keep sending you texts or call you to let you know of any important updates.

After having an accident it is good to meet people who want to help you. I want to thank Jared, Debbie and the other workers for doing a good job. They made me feel like I am in good hands. Everyone was very nice and was very pleasant to deal with them. I was kept informed of the progress of my car repair and they met the delivery date.
