Took my first class here on Saturday and had an awesome class with Nicole! The class was auper high energy, fun and challenging. The gym was very clean and everyone was really nice and helpful. They confirmed with me before my class and followed up after to see if I had any questions. Definitely recommend!!

The most amazing gym and instructors you could ever ask for! I started with them almost 4 years ago and have not only lost weight but gained a second family. The new place offers a variety of classes and times to choose from. Put it this way, I moved 25 minutes away from this gym and I still choose to travel there and get my workouts in rather than one that is closer to me. By far the best around!

Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to. Larry and his team put you to work every class and always assist when needed. The new place is spacious, clean and follows all of the new health & safety guidelines. Whenever someone asks me about gyms in the area, this is the only place I recommend. So happy to be back!

So happy I belong to a gym where the owner Larry and the instructors care about you. They push you to do your personal best by taking into account that each member comes with a different fitness level. The gym is very clean and spacious with strict social distancing accommodations. The works outs will challenge you, but the feeling you have when you leave is worth the effort.

I have been going to the gym for the past year and a half and have been going to the new location since they opened. The gym is clean, enforces all Covid precautions and makes you feel comfortable. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout their classes and never makes anyone feel uncomfortable due to their level of skill. The gym has helped me lose weight and build confidence in myself. I am so happy I found this gym and highly recommend them.
