  After years of planning and saving we decided to totally renovate our house and stay in Levittown.Having completed our due diligence and interviewing multiple contracting companies we decided on LevitStyle to fulfill our dreams.They did just that and so much more.From navigating the intricate permit process to multiple architectural ideas it was a thoroughly seamless process.The owners,Bill and William,were always accessible to answer any questions and walk us through the entire build.The result is a beautiful house both inside and out.
  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LevitStyle to anyone in search of a contracting company.

  After living in our "updated" Levit cape for a few years, we decided to step into the unknown and start looking into quotes and ideas for dormering. We did the usual homework and called 6 or 7 contractors (local to Levittown, some Queens, some Suffolk). These guys weren't the cheapest, they weren't the ones that were going to build it sooner or faster, but their personalized service and realistic approach set them apart.
  
  When Will came in to meet with my Wife and I he offered suggestions, solutions, and asked questions. He never pushed, he never upsold, he gauged the scope of the work we wanted and then used his years of experience to offer suggestions. We ended up tearing down 90% of the house, relocating the kitchen, relocating, the 1st floor bathroom, added a 2nd full bathroom, a laundry room, as well as the dormer, a million windows, and central air/heat.
  
  Will "sells" the design and the layout, and then comes Bill to build the design. Very different personalities between father and son but they hold two very different jobs. Bill walks in and says I don't know what you're doing to your house, please explain it all to me. He ensures your expectations are lined up to reality prior to starting and throughout the process. A little rougher around the edges, but polite and professional. Reminded me of a tough love type of dad.
  
  Communication is key, especially with such a daunting task at hand and these guys crush it. If they don't answer your call, they're calling you back within 15 minutes. They would be proactive in having you decide finishes, products, and colors so that the job isn't held up while you decide/shop for these pieces.
  
  Flexibility with LevitStyle was our favorite part. We decided to go from our originally contracted Vinyl floor to porcelain tile - No issue. Decided to changed out contracted carpet upstairs to hardwood floor - No issue. We changed everything 1000000 times - No issue. My wife was very specific about where doors were placed, what they lined up with, and if they overlapped. I think Bill re-framed our bathroom/bedroom doors 3 times because my wife is crazy. Not once was it an issue, not once was there a sigh. We would just show up the next day and boom, it was adjusted. These guys are there to give you what you, the homeowner wants. No games no nonsense - black and white.
  
  We originally signed the contract in the early spring and by June the town had approved our permits and we were ready to go. These guys were tearing up the house literally 10 minutes after we packed the last box. We left the house the first week of June and we were back in before Thanksgiving. Even with all the covid backlog of items and all this nonsense they finished the job 6 weeks early. And the best part of it all? NO PUNCHLIST - no vendors coming for weeks after we were living here to fix odds and ends. We moved in and we never needed to see another contractor or sub contractor to 'finish' our house.
  
  Now, the happily ever after. LevitStyle got paid, we moved in, but what if something is non-functional or breaks? This too is a scary thought because you don't know how responsive they will be. We have been in the house for 4 months now and needed to call them twice, once our fault, once theirs. Both times the guys showed up first thing the next day and fixed everything right away. Neither item was a large emergency but regardless it was nice to see that they handled it with such a sense of urgency.
  
  I would 100% recommend Will, Bill, and the rest of the LevitStyle team to anyone who is looking for work done to their home.

  Smooth Sailing from start to finish. I used this company to
  dormer my home and build an apartment upstairs. I was anxious about this but the staff and crew immediately put me at ease. No hidden charges. Very responsive to phone calls/questions. Job was finished at promised time. Very professional. I highly recommend Levit Style.

  My wife and I met with a number of Contractors before we finally settled on LevitStyle and we are very pleased with our decision. They were not the "least expensive option" but we felt that William (the son) and Bill (the dad) both possessed an amazing combination of engineering, architectural and design and were extremely knowledgeable and caring when it came to our large project. Almost every suggestion they made was about our long term satisfaction, safety and convenience. The entire project took a bit over 6 months but we grew to truly appreciate and trust the team of men who came into our home each day. They were prompt, consistent and neat which (from what I have been reading and hearing) is not always so common.
  
  Dealing with LevitStyle was actually fairly pleasant experience for us given the extremely stressful circumstance of us living in the house during the construction. On a few occasions, we had to leave for a day or so due to safety reasons (i.e. lack of power or water) but we were always given advance notice.
  
  The communication from Will, Bill and Maureen in the office was amazing as we never had to wait long to hear back on any question or concern. To me, such follow up is key to a successful customer-based business. We are actually going to miss having them around but we are very glad the project is over.

  We hired Levit Style to work on the front extension of our home. They handled our town variance, worked the architecture, and were on schedule with the entire project. Will was very patient and worked with all our wacky requests. My husband and I are handy and we had our mind made up we wanted to work the interior kitchen ourselves and have levit style only work the structural extension, electric, sheetrock, and exterior look of the home, all the other contractors that quoted us did not want to alter the contract that way and wanted to include the kitchen which put us over budget. I love my home now and would recommend Levit Style to anyone.
