“I bought a $200 plan with them for my laptop because my mom made me. It was the best decision ever. My brother had dropped my laptop and the screen broke so I brought it in. For absolutely no charge my screen was replaced. They said it would take two weeks for it to he sent directly to my house but it was returned in less than a week. I find their staff to be hit or miss, sometimes I get great nice guys, other times they are arrogant bullies. Overall my recent experience with them was great so I'm giving five stars.”
