At the consultation Jamie listened to our ideas on how to improve the apartment to get the rent we were looking for. After listening to what we thought needed to be done, Jamie helped us streamline the renovations to what would bring us the most money and what would not bring in a good return for the money. During the process of renovations Jamie was an amazing asset when picking the right colors for flooring, tile, fixtures and paint colors. When it was listed Kelly and Tori did an amazing job of finding a great family rent the apartment. Jpjre really made the process of background checks, referrals and lease signing seamless and easy.
