Metro 303

Went to a Fiesta! engagement party was the best! Food was delicious!!

I absolutely love living at Metro 303. I had to move during pandemic and the process was seamless. Nicky guided me patiently to get me in my apartment quickly. The community is quiet and friendly. It has a mix of families, professionals, and some students. My big pluses for the community is that it's very quiet, always available parking in the garage, and completely safe.

Major kudos to Nicky and Rod for being so supportive to get me through my move! Rod is literally always on site and ready to help with whatever needs to be done. He keeps the place beautiful! I had a package I couldn't lift and Rod was there to help. I'm very appreciative for the properties team. I've talked to just about the whole team on-site and they are all very friendly and willing to help.

Thank you to the staff at Metro 303, we fell in love immediately. Additionally a very big shout out to Karen, she as made the application process extremely simple, and answered all of the 1000 questions we had before moving in. She truly has been extremely accommodating. We are very excited for our new home! Plus they are pet friendly! It’s really like living at a hotel resort!
