Their customer service is great, I had a huge issue with my account and my nearest branch couldn’t help me nor customer service on the phone so I came to Merrick citibank and Ken Altman went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue as well as Lydia I believe her name was. I genuinely appreciate their time and hard work to resolve my issue.

(April 5, 2022, 12:19 pm)Had a few issues with my account. Tried to remedy it on the phone with Citibank, but they said I had to go to a branch. Was annoyed because I thought I would have to wait and deal with an unfriendly associate. I am happy to say I was greeted by a friendly person and everyone in the Merrick Citibank could not have been nicer. They took their time and fixed the issue. Plus while I was there I heard another customer who was sitting with an associate say “Thank you, you are a life saver” I have to say everyone was A pleasure to deal with. BRAVO CITIBANK
