(August 28, 2023, 1:34 pm)Synergy is, truthfully, not that great of a gym. However, the staff, particularly the two young men, Josh and Dylan, make up for what the equipment and atmosphere lacks. They are kind, patient, and understanding. They make everyone feel welcome and supported, no matter if they're beginners or seasoned gym-goers. Those two truly make going to synergy worth it.
