Ed took on a difficult Co-op sale, knowing the building it was in had a very tough Board to get approved by. Ed didn't hesitate to take on the task. I wanted Ed for the job because I liked that his firm is a locally owned and operated agency, not a corporate subsidiary based in Omaha.
