Not sure if the new faces were rotated workers or new staff but they were all professional and polite. Wish I new the mechanic’s name because he just as good. “I met Carmelo "Melo" and instantly knew he was an expert! I had a feeling his background was from a very experienced setting and it was. He was in NYC for many years- and knew how to cut and thin my hair to perfection! The reason I give 4 stars is for the decor- which is very clean -but a touch in need of an uplift. His haircut is up there with some of the finest in the industry- not sure why he does not charge higher prices. Awesome Cutter and Person too!”

I booked online for a very specific haircut and they made a point to reach out within a day to let me know the artist I had booked was not specialized in what I want (understandable, although I trust the one I booked was very talented) and provided me an appointment within 45 minutes of my original appointment with a hair artist who was. Any creative business that pays such close attention to new clientele is worth visiting. That being said I am so excited for my appointment. See you Tuesday!”

“I was not educated on the stair lift but when I contacted Stair Lift and spoke with Dean, he was able to answer all my questions and guide me step by step. I did not feel any pressure to purchase the stair lift from his company. I contacted him a few times with my concerns and he explained to me in detail the process. Once we decided to purchase the stair lift, Dean arrived on time and was extremely polite. He explained the process to me as he installed the stair lift. Again, he addressed all my concerns.
