I love my sons therapist, Mr. Tk is young and can relate to what my 11 year old is going through. He has help me to have a better understanding of what a young person is dealing with. The only issue I have is with billing because at first I was told that my insurance took care of it then several months later I get a huge bill and the explanation is that the insurance just went through was an issue for me. The fact that you can’t get through to someone that can tell you what happened it crazy. If they are billing people then send them a bill or like they are doing now an email. How do I know it’s a balance if you don’t send me a bill?
