I had been a client of Bobby G. since 1994. He has been a wonderful brand ambassador all these years; very knowledgeable about Acura. Island Acura’s service department is amazing. The NSX technician is Chuck and he is the only person who can still perform maintenance on my 1994 Legend coupe. I’m so glad that I picked Island Acura as my dealer.

Listen to me when I say this is the best car dealership that I’ve ever been to. The staff, the transparency, the service, the car buying process, and the selection of high quality vehicles are all the best I’ve ever seen. Rocky showed me about 4 vehicles and answered all my questions on each one. I came down to one where I enjoyed the test drive. I asked if he could tell me the full vehicle price and what it would look like with financing. Not only did he tell me , he gave me a print out of the best rates pre credit check. 10 days later I called if the car was still available and thank god it was. Drive to and out with the vehicle 2 hours later. Only took long cause my insurance rep had a busy line. Usually the customer waits on the sale, this time the sale waited for me, haha! Name me one dealership who will give you a certified pre owned at 1.9 apr for 60 months at the vehicle price they advertise at. No dealer fees, no stupid fees. No markup. Straight and transparent pricing with better financing than I would get from my own credit union. Rocky and Brittany made the process so easy. I will only buy cars from this dealership. I will keep an eye on the website. I will happily give them my money. I’m not kidding! I wish I knew about them from my first car purchase.

Went there to buy a CPO 2019 MDX. Bob helped us every way possible. Such a great guy to deal with. Very kind and honest. If you buy New or used Acura then ask for Bob. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Overall 5 star dealership experience. Thanks

Came into Island Acura to look at a 2018 Lexus IS 300 that someone traded in they had for sale on their website, the only Lexus on the lot and not even an Acura product. Got an unbelievable price on it for the year and mileage! The sales Rep Rocky and customer service rep Drew were excellent! They even brought me to drop off my rental around the corner to save me another 10 hour roundtrip drive back down to Long Island and Joe did the financing for me very quickly. BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PERSONALLY and I have had quite few. I wasn't pestered for extended warranties and extra garbage I didnt want. The car price with tax and tags...THATS IT! All around great service and got a great car!...10 out of 10 experience....I would drive the 5 hours again in a heartbeat!...

Went their on my one of friends recommendations. And my experience is very postive note. I was greeted by Mr Cosmo , and 8 explained to him what I needed. He gave me very good lease as well as finance quotes. He explained me all the available packages and offered me to Test drive the car.
He is very knowledgeable and down to earth person, he never pushed me to buy the car today like other dealerships do.
This dealerships has many cars available on premises and they have service shop also available. Definitely will go back and finalize the deal.
