My husband and I went to store to pick up our new phones and Apple Watches . It was the best experience. Joe helped us tremendously . He was patient with all of our questions and concerns. We were there for a while , as we waited for our phone info to be transferred to the new phones. Joe explained everything to us as we waited. Also helping other clients and answering the phone. He was so nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. Great experience! Thank you Joe .

I visited the Verizon store with my mom today to upgrade her phone and get her an Apple Watch. We were assisted by Alex Squiciarino, who was beyond impressive in his ability to help, entertain, and juggle between the many customers in the store. We spent two hours with Alex setting up her phone and watch and he explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions all with a huge smile on his face and pep in his step. I would recommend anyone to go in and ask for Alex to help you with all your phone’s needs. He was excellent and I can’t recommend his services enough!!!

I stopped into Verizon over the weekend as my dad was having an issue with his phone. I have never walked into a Verizon and been helped so quickly and efficiently! Alex helped me right away and fixed the phone within minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will now only go to this specific Verizon location and I will make sure to ask for Alex each time!

This has to be the best Verizon store around, let alone the best cell phone provider in the market. I went in to pick up my new phone & Alex was there to walk me through the process as well as answer all of my questions. He was extremely helpful with setting up my new phone, friendly, smart, quick, patient, & went the extra mile to make sure I walked out of there happy & with everything I needed. Absolutely amazing customer service, he is hands down the BEST rep they have. Definitely will be coming back to this location in the future & have already been recommending to friends. 10/10, thank you guys again for all your help!!!!!

Been going to this store since it opened and always a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This time around Teddy helped me immensely when I had issues with trade ins with Verizon. He went out of his way to help my daughter and I get set up properly with new devices. Highly recommended

Really good prices. But it's kind of hit-or-miss finding your size in certain things. Overall good experience went and bought a whole bunch of clothes. Staff was helpful and the store was clean

Great prices, quality clothes, wide variety for all sizes. Good selection of accessories also(shoes, purses, belts, etc.) For all ages, male or female.

Best Ross in town! They have a huge selection and good selection of clothes and other things! Cheap and cute. Their employees aren’t the nicest. But most Rosses don’t have great employees, usually their security guards are nicer than the employees
