  Hired Mitch to change all my exterior locks plus install a smart lock. He was a consummate professional that took pride in providing top quality work and service. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, and to make sure I was completely satisfied with the installations. I highly recommend Mitch for all your locksmith needs.

  Mitch came last minute and quick. He went above and beyond to help me not only with my lock issue, but with an issue my door itself had. He also took the time to explain what he was doing so that I could be informed. Lastly, I had an issue figuring out my automatic door lock and he came back (although he had left more than 20 minutes ago) just to show me what to do!

  Spoke with Mitch after contacting 4 others in the nearby area. He was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Chose him over others because of his excellent reviews (all 5 stars) and was not disappointed. Mitch was punctual (+ or - 5 minus) and courteous. He scoped out the work required (without charging a service call fee unlike everyone else I contacted). He returned later the same day as promised with the needed materials. When the door knob replacement didn't fit/work, he left and returned with a replacement within the half hour to complete the work - replaced a door knob/lock combination on our back door and re-keyed all of our outside doors to enable us to only have to carry one key for all the locks. Mitch was careful to explain the process and his choice of product (who knew there were so many to choose from?). We now have new locks/keys and everything is working with ease. Mitch's prices were more than reasonable (and lower than the other estimates). And despite wrestling with an old strike plate, Mitch did not charge extra. I will definitely pass the word to my neighbors and friends. It is wonderful to find such an honest and knowledgeable professional who does such excellent work.
