(February 21, 2020, 10:15 pm)Usually has what I need. The staff is usually helpful and present compared to other box style stores in the city. However, I prefer to support local, independent, family run businesses. Check garden gallery literally 2 minutes away for everything landscape and garden related. And for lumber, check out ed pizagotti and sons that's only 4 minutes away. The owners of both these businesses are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable with competitive prices.
(February 4, 2020, 2:36 pm)Found everything except one item on my shopping list. Needed a few bricks, not in stock. Bought: plant light bulbs, glass cutter, plant Pots, three quarter ply board, which they cut for me, and a can of wood stain. I was in and out pretty fast, it was 9pm.
(January 19, 2020, 6:00 am)I was blown away by the excellent customer service provided by Boo (“Moishe”) Manley! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, It was an excellent shopping experience!
(November 29, 2019, 11:35 pm)Considering it was Black Friday, the store was well stocked and the associates were genuinely helpful and in good spirits. I was pleasantly surprised given the big box store usual minimal service. But it seemed here, if you looked like you had a question, someone would approach you. Very nice. The lines moved well too. I missed out on the Poinsettias door buster deal, but stocked up on plenty of the $10 Sherpa blankets for gift giving. I got some great help in the lighting section too. Overall, I had a great two visits today (went back for more blankets per wife's request). They have this location well run.
