“I have a host of dental problems from just bad genetic luck. Three or four other dentists couldn't pin down what my problem was. At my first visit, Dr. Pokorny was able to diagnose what was causing all these problems - early stage gum disease. He got me referred to a periodontist and my issues have significantly decreased. Dr. Pokorny's bedside manner is second to none. It's obvious that he cares about his patients. My husband has been going to Dr. Pokorny for his entire life and I can see why. Joy is Dr. Pokorny's receptionist and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her - she's always been patient, kind and helpful to the best of her ability; never short, rude or dismissive with me. Do not confuse/conflate Dr. Pokorny's practice with the other dentist's (Sonkin) practice. As for the negative review, I don't know anything about the other dentist who practices here nor his receptionist.”

“I am a patient of Dr. Germaine. His office is very clean and modern. Both he and his office are the most personable, professional and caring people. They are a very thoughtful, kind and considerate group of people that I have come across. Personally I have had great fears of going to the dentist. Dr. Germaine puts you so at ease. My son is worse than I am with anxiety and everyone in his office has been so sweet to him. Dr. Germaine explains everything in detail before he does any work to you. “I went for the first time yesterday. . I could not have been happier. I found the dentist to be kind, gentle and easy to communicate with. He is versed in up-to-date methods of dentistry and explained things so that I could make an informed decision on my care. The staff were attentive ,caring and extremely kind. The office was clean and welcoming with ample parking and handicapped accessible. I'm usually very nervous when I go to the dentist, they put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Sapphire Dental, you will not be disappointed!!”

“Had 2 wisdom teeth removed, well more like what was left of them. Was putting this away for way longer then i should b/c like most people i guess i am a big chicken when it comes to geting dental work done and hearing how annoying those wisdom teeth can be for a few days after extraction made the delay even worse but finally decided to go and get it done by a real profesional dental surgean and it sure was a great decision, it was rather fast and painless as can be. Dr Kaufman had to cut, remove pieces of teeth, clean and stitch both places up, nowhere near a basic pull and done job. Since i am a rather pretty heavy smoker everyone was telling me to prepare for a long painfull healing couple days and yet i experience none of that, took an advil or two and that was it, did not even need any prescription painkilers, considering how good and fast it all healed i must says this guy is an awesome dentist. Highly Recomend Dr. Kaufman to frieds and family for teeth extraction and dental implants , price for this "pleasure" was a real nice surprise too as i expected to pay an arm and a leg more considering Dr. Kaufman is a dental surgeon and yet it was right on par with my old regular dentist place.”

“Dr. Stacey Tsakas & her assistants Isha and all are an outstanding team that show great professionalism and kindness. I drive almost an hour to go here specifically for their care and compassion. When other offices are closed, they are open & treat me with respect and ease any anxiousness from my dental-phobia. They get to know you and you feel like you are visiting friends. “Dr. Pamela Sands is the best pediatric dentist in the area! She has such a lovely, calm presence, and her bedside manner is fantastic. No matter how nervous my kids are, or how upset they are just by being in the office, Dr. Sands calms them down and is able to alleviate their fears about what is going to happen. She’s gentle, and sweet. She explains things thoroughly, to both the kids and myself, and let’s us be a part of the planning for what is ahead. “Maureen Tredwell was my dentist when I lived in the same area of the practice. I am aways more calm with her, due to her gentle nature, and effort in making you comfortable. She’s always done a great job. I don’t like going to dentist, but feel less apprehensive with her. I stopped going because I moved out of the area. I used other dentist closer to me for convenience, but have returned to her even though it is a much further drive for me. The other dentist I’ve used were not as good as she is. It is worth the extra time and effort. She stays informed on the latest advancements in the industry. I highly recommend her to anyone needing dental care. I hear Scott Tredwell is also good.”
