“I had a great customized massage at LifeSpa. I told the massage therapist, Melissa, that I had a decrease in my range of motion of my right shoulder for one year. She mentioned it may be a frozen shoulder. During the massage, she spent about 10-12 minutes on my right shoulder. There was some discomfort, but I figure it was because of underlying inflammation. After the massage I regain about 85% of my range back and did not have any pain. I hugged her at the end because I've been suffering for a year. Definitely going back to work out the rest of the "kinks". Thanks Melissa.”

“I had trouble filling one of my tires with an inflation station. Three were not problematic; but the 4th was. Vidal was kind enough to go outside at 8pm and help me. Apparently the PSI was so low that the air machine didn’t register enough air pressure to pump the tire. I had no idea that could happen. He tried a few tricks and managed to fill it. Was going to tip him but he refused. Thank God for Costco. .... and Vidal.”
