“Approximately three years ago, my wife Michelle and we were searching for audio visual specialists to create the ultimate set up and experience for our home. We have over 4000 square feet of living space, so selecting the right company was crucial. We visited several establishments and the biggest concern was not how technically savvy they were, but rather, how reliable they would be once we had experienced a technical problem- the bottom line for selecting any company- Customer Service. You never realize how good a company is until you have a problem. Let’s face it, it would be unrealistic or presumptuous to assume you wouldn’t have issues with a project this size. The important point is how quickly and proficiently the issues are resolved once they occur. Magnolia will put you at ease and eventually figures it out. Just be patient and confident in their abilities. We walked into Best Buy in westbury, and looked around the magnolia section and were impressed with the level of their equipment. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable , and after many discussions they convinced us that their attention will not be over once they finished installing the equipment- the rest is history. Now about four years later and a second project for our newly renovated basement , an additional 2000 square feet of living space, we are so satisfied and fully impressed. They have not disappointed once again. They do whatever it takes to make things work and run smoothly. With projects of this magnitude you will definitely have issues, but again, how they are handled is the “key.”Not only do they come immediately without any disruption to your lives , but can handle most issues remotely without ever coming to the house! They are extremely professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, tech savvy, confident, cool, calm and collected when working. We can’t say enough about these guys. Not only are they great at what they do, but Michelle and I like all of them as individuals on a personal level. I would like to take time to mention the guys that have worked most closely on all my projects: Stephan, Chris, Andy, Cesar, Steve, Frank, Tony, Justin, Edwin, Jewel, Lenny, and more recently Seth and Jeremy. By the way, Seth is a quiet technical artist. You are lucky if you get him on the project. Andy and Steve are programmers, and eventually solves every technical issue confronting them. Please believe me when I tell you that Michelle and I are extremely particular and detail oriented- you will not regret using them. Yes, they are associated with a department store and it’s hard to believe that for once, a company can make you feel as though they are a small family run boutique type of establishment- “my hats off” to all of you for successfully accomplishing this. “My boyfriend and I went into this store last weekend after searching "Italian Jewelers near me," as I had an Italian gold necklace with a clasp that had worn away. I have had this necklace since I was a baby and I've been wearing it almost every day since I was a child. I have had to get it repaired once before, in the distant past, but lost the contact for where it was previously taken for repair. Well, I sure am lucky that I walked into ORO Puro 2! I handed over my necklace, initially putting the charms away, but Teddy made sure that I handed over the charms, so that they could get shined, as well. I'm happy we accepted the cappuccinos that we were offered while waiting, as they were DELICIOUS! I was not waiting long, as my jewelry was repaired within a few minutes, before the cappuccinos were ready. I was assisted with putting my necklace on, and continued to chat and enjoy my warm beverage, when after a few moments, I signaled that I was ready to pay for my repair. Everyone in the shop looked at me as if they were SURPRISED that I had been waiting to pay. They laughed warmly and informed me that the necklace repair was free of charge. I walked out with my necklace on, shining like it was brand new! What a blessing! I'll definitely be making another visit to this shop in the near future! Thank you for the warmth and hospitality! “Best seafood I ever had in Long Island. The garlic sauce is bomb! 😋 very tasty, spicy yum! Fresh lobster, clams, shrimp, mussels and crab 🦀 and so on! Don’t think about it, just order it!!! The only thing is that I wished they opened earlier. UPDATE: We ordered a second time and seafood wasn’t fresh ☹️ and my family was disappointed. Removed 1 star cause of that.”
