They went beyond the "business transaction" relationship, and really took their client care to a new level. The owner (?) stayed after hours to allow me to pick up a REALLY important item that I was running late to get. It was paid for already! Even though they "had the money in their pockets" so-to-speak, he went the extra mile to make sure that his customer was well taken care of, beyond what was necessary.
If you happen to appreciate customer service and courtesy (as I'm notorious to), shop with these guys! -
