I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for today. The tech came on time and was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain what he was doing at every step, and was able to fix my issue and provide me options on how to prevent it in the future. The only negative I have is that this price was misleading. On the phone I was told the service fee is $99 and that is waived if that is work to be done, or a diagnostic fee is charged when needed, but on the phone it was said the diagnostic fee is rare. Well, turns out the $99 fee is for the first 15 minutes and then the diagnostic fee is charged, making the total $185 before tax. That doesn’t seem like a rare case to me.

I cannot say how happy I am with my first experience with Redman plumbing. Carlos was so professional and so very nice and explained everything so well. I was happy to sign a contract and feel secure that I’m in wonderful hands with Redman plumbing.! I was so impressed that pictures were taken so they could have for the future. And that I was also receiving them. I’ve never known any company to do that. Carlos was wonderful and Tracy in the office was so helpful and kind and accommodating an appointment.
I would highly recommend using this company. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

He recommended that I get a different thermostat and didn’t charge for the visit. Would highly recommend this company as it is wonderful to deal with an honest and ethical business

Robert was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Upon arrival at my house, he immediately evaluated the problem with my hot water heater then explained to me the options and the cost of each in detail. Robert fixed the problem in the most economical way and I have hot water heater in the house again. Thanks Robert for the professional service and awesome job!!
