Nothing but good things to say about my experience here! Every appointment I had went so smooth and all of the employees I interacted with were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They have tons of different style dresses from lots of designers here if you are looking for a variety. I did my alterations with their in-house seamstress and my dress fit perfectly and looked amazing. I absolutely loved how my bustle came out, which I know sometimes can be an eyesore lol. My Mom also found her MOB dress here and she looked so beautiful!

After trying on over 20 dresses across 4 stores, I finally made my way to Lotus Bridal. Upon booking my appointment, I received a link to a portal where I was able to pre-select dresses that I wanted to try on which made my in-store so seamless. I worked with Lexi, who was absolutely amazing! Based on my selections, body type and style she found me my wedding dress! I highly recommend booking an appointment!

I had the absolute BEST experience at bridal reflections Carle place. I worked with Jackie and she was truly amazing. I was SO stressed out but after the first appointment with her that all went away! Jackie went above and beyond to find my dream dress. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from! I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed!!! Ask for Jackie!

After going to many many, bridal salons, including Kleinfelds, I knew I found the right one when I met Joanne! Not only were we instantly connected by our jobs in the fashion industry, but we bonded immediately, and she really knew what to suggest for me. First I’ll say, Bridal Reflections has an amazing Dress assortment, that you won’t find many places. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and was open to mostly anything that wasn’t a ball gown. My family and I were able to walk through the showroom and choose whatever we wanted to try on, plus take Joanne’s suggestions. If we weren’t able to do that, we never would have found my dress. Funny thing is, I didn’t know my dress was the one, right away. My Aunt did, as she immediately started crying lol. My Mom & Aunt kept saying that this dress was a show stopper. I liked it but it took me leaving the salon and thinking about it, before I was able to say “Yes to the Dress”. I didn’t think we would wind up spending as much as we did, but in the end, a Galia Dress is simply magic. The way it fit me, the fabric, the detail, the train…. Nothing I had tried on was even remotely like this Dress! I want to thank everyone at Bridal Reflections for being so amazing and making our experience an unforgettable one! Not only did I get my perfect dress, but you also helped my mom get an amazing dress. Everyone who has helped us has been nothing short of wonderful, from the Sales Team, Management, and Seamtress Amelia ( A-MAZING and sweetest lady!). I would recommend to every bride on Long Island to skip the train into NYC, and head straight to Carle Place. Thank you a million for helping me find the perfect dress, and a new friend, Joanne, who is now a friend for life! ♥️♥️♥️

Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted with great hospitality. My consultant was Jackie, who truly listened carefully to my desires for my wedding dress. This was my first time shopping for my wedding dress, and Jackie made the entire experience easy, fun, and delightful. Jackie was attentive, but did not overwhelm me with too many choices. After trying on a few dresses, I was able to say yes to the dress! I would highly recommend Bridal Reflections to anyone looking for a dress!
