Had a recent "emergency" appendectomy by Dr. Chorost. He and his team were EXCELLENT! Being an emergency, I was very nervous. They put my mind at ease and did an amazing job. My anesthesiologist was Dr. Baumel, also excellent!

Dr Chorost is one of the finest surgeons I haves ever met. His surgery recently at st Francis hospital removing a SCC from my ankle was easily accomplished by him and dr David Mattos. I had a pilonidal cyst for almost two decades. Other doctors looked and told me I did t have to worry about it that when I bothered me MAYBE they would do something. After years of it filling and draining I finally had enough. I found Dr Chorost and to say the feeling of someone taking me seriously was amazing. The second he saw it he told me he wanted to remove it, barely a month later I had surgery and am currently recovering. He is a great doctor who takes a serious interest in his patients wellbeing. His staff is great as well, his PA (I believe Joann) has answered my question twice post surgery helping quiet some worries I had. I’d defiantly suggest him and his team !!
