Asia was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind- got us started right away. This was a delightful first experience for us. The facility was secure, clean, and reasonable for monthly cost.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HERRICKS RD LOCATION! I have had a few units over the last year as I have been moving around a bit and Omar and team are so helpful making sure I have just the right amount of space so I am not overpaying which is amazing. The units are extremely clean, well-lit and the drive-in access makes loading/unloading extremely easy. They also play great music which definitely makes the not-so-fun chore of moving a little bit better. I would definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location!

This location is great; it's very clean, the staff is amazing, and more importantly it has affordable space. As said before the staff is amazing, but ASIA is truly the person to talk too. She handled everything that I needed and more without any issues. Asia is the best and will take care of you. Overall I'm very satisfied with their customer service and the facility at this location.

Rented a unit here for a year and had 0 issues with this facility. Everything was excellent! It is very very well maintained in all aspects. Omar is a great manager and very friendly. Every employee here was very friendly and willing to help. I was confident that my stuff was always secure here. Don’t hesitate to use this storage facility.
