  My husband and I are patients of Dr. DeOrchis, and we cannot say enough. He is not only a phenomenal doctor, but his dedication, compassion, and concern for his patients are evident as soon as you meet him. He is willing to do whatever necessary to provide the best care and spends as much time as needed. He is truly one of the nicest doctors I have met, and I highly recommend Dr. DeOrchis.

  Dr. DeOrchis is not only an incredibly brillant Neurologist but he is one of the most responsive and caring doctors I have come across. He takes time to explain, in detail, medical questions. He offers alternative treatment ideas and explains risks associated with each. He is very intelligent. He explains his reasoning each time you speak to him. I am grateful to have him as part of my care team and thankful for the time and patience he shows his patients.

  I've been going to Neurologists since 1971 when I was diagnosed with my first stroke at 16. I've been to so many, but none as thorough and informative as Dr. DeOrchis. When you have a visit with him, you're never rushed and he answers all of your questions. I've sent 3 other people to him who also love him. If you leave him a message, he calls back even on a Friday night at 8 pm. I've been to Neurologists at just about every Long Island hospital and some in NYU, Mt. Sinai and Columbia Presbyterian, but Dr. D. is the BEST.

  Dr. DeOrchis was so considerate, extensive with his information, and answered all of the questions I had. His staff was also great. I liked how he didn't rush the appointment and took his time. Truly went the extra mile. I highly recommend Dr. DeOrchis and his team!
