Visited the Tesla location in Manhasset. The staff was great, answered all questions, they have models that you can sit in to see if you like it. A full size under carriage of the car is on display in the front window for you to see. There is an electronic display inside that you can look up different models to see prices and options. I recommend this location if you are interested in a Tesla.
Anela was very cordial and answered all of our questions...it was a pleasure doing business with her!
Great store with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shoutout to Donnie for making our customer experience wonderful.
Technologically is unbeatable. I love the way it drives. Confident and trust to the company.
I'm used to more luxury and I didn't see the luxury at least at the model that I drove which I believe it was the y
It's a Tesla store/ showroom. The helpers were helpful, the tech is techy in a good, Apple way (use tech to serve the user and the environment, making sense logically - and the car/ store is designed in the same vein).
I test drove the new Model Y to get some feel for how Tesla's latest design resulted from a user point of view. Even easier/ simpler than previous models X and 3. The assistant located a test vehicle in a jiffy, explained to me the essentials, answered my questions very clearly and succinctly. (I forgot how to engage the latest self driving feature... all I had to do was pull over and ask Google to get an immediate answer).
Also followed up with a personal email so I could address questions directly if I had any.
For the record, the next day, Monday 11/16/2020 at 5:15 pm the S&P folks announced TSLA would be included to the S&P 500. So the next best thing to owning a Tesla is probably to own some TSLA shares.
Like Tesla cars I've seen, TSLA the stock will wade through muddy and high water treacherous pools without issues.
On that same Sunday, as fate would have it, THREE Tesla Model X drove the 4 astronauts to the first SpaceX manned mission to the International Space Station, putting a final stop to the strange situation where the US paid Russia tens of millions since 2003 to send our astronauts to the ISS,
Thanks to SpaceX we keep our US dollars in the US and contribute to the technical and scientific developments or our domestic economy.
Same can now safely be said for our oil and gas, and car economies. So, what's not to like about Teslas, They are made and designed in the US* and have stopped our future dependence on foreign and domestic oil.
(*) Too bad our leaders (except Obama et al) have failed to understand this achievement. Tesla has had to start factories and research centers in China and now Germany in order to continue to grow- they could have done a lot more within the US before committing so much capital and know how abroad.
(corrected 11/23 for typos and unfinished sentences; this is also when the stock price has started to unleash its next mini boom, passing $500 easily, making Tesla worth over $500B)
