  The girls at reception are really sweet, and the doctors are awesome. Love my doctor which is Dr. Patel. She's very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and very nice. She took care of my problem right away and that's exactly what I wanted and needed. I needed treatment and I got it the same day!. Great doctor great office. Can't wait to see her in 2 weeks! -RB

  I had One Neck and 4 lumbar surgeries, Dr Otterbeck cares he's not aggressive everyone's situation different...professional staff caring and kind. I've been to many Pain MGMT! BEST in my opinion depends again on situation your spine is a tricky thing! For anyone who is giving negative feed back should check yourself! DO WHAT DR SAYS!! Some unfortunately is what it is not their fault..see Nuerologist and If need surgery a NEUROSURGEON not by no means putting down Orthopedic Surgeons but Neurosurgeon is just that deals with damaged nerves slipped discs ,nurapathy of spine stenosis etc...there's more than one way to skin a cat..I stand by this Practice 🙏 looking for excellent Neurosurgeon Dr Mark Eisenberg great neck NY don't look for bed side manners hes raw and real tells you everything you need to know and cares hes not a cutter he will avoid before surgery his staff cares Dr Eisenberg did all my surgeries nobody else will touch my back but him..hes EXCELLENT his Nuero Team beyond best..Northshore University Hosoital Manhasset BEST Angels truly 👍 all medical teams are but Northshore goes above and beyond ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thank You is never enough..

  It was really a very good experience.
  Starting with the reception desk, who are very welcoming and friendly.
  The nurses were very reassuring the thorough with the pre procedure.
  The fact that the office have extra large gowns is very much appreciated. Truth be told most Dr's offices do not consider larger people.
  I was then taken into the room where they did my procedure, and then anesthesiologist was lovely and caring and made it as pleasant as possible.
  Then in came Dr Patel who is so kind and talked me through the procedure.
  Due to my sleep apnea I was unable to have anesthesia but dr. Patel assured me she would get me through the procedure. She really did a great job and the entire office was nice and kind.
  Post-procedure the nurses were excellent offering me something to drink and eat and making sure I was feeling fine.

  I have been coming to the Spine & Pain institute for years, first as a no fault and then as a private patient. Dr. Patel and her staff are extremely professional as well as super friendly, especially the nurses and Dr. Kahn. Everyone always remembers you, and it always seems like they care about their patients. It is very clean, and easy to get a hold of when you call. They use super easy up to date technology so you can communicate with them online as well. I would highly recommend them!!
