Lydia is a truly amazing acupuncturist. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I have pain on my right shoulder for many years and my hands and feet always cold all year long. I had seen many specialists in the past , they either want me to get a epi shot or pain medication. I am afraid the side affects from these. I see Lydia once a week for a month now. I already feel so much better. Lydia also recommends some herbs to help my cold hand and feet, I feel they aren't that cold anymore. I will continue following up with her. I have been seeing Lydia for 8 months now. She is truly amazing . I started acupuncture because I have been struggling with fertility for years. I have had several miscarriages and dealt with polyps and cyst . When I began acupuncture with Lydia I was dealing with a polyp in which I had to get surgically removed . I also have low amh. My levels were at 0.50 at the time . I believe that acupuncture had risen my amh along with taking vitamin D & E, COQ10, fish oil and multivitamins. Months after my amh rose to 0.65 and now it’s 0.80. My doctor also started me on clomid. I was taking 50mg for 3 cycles but had not conceive . My doctor bumped me up to 100mg and I got pregnant . Unfortunately it ended up in a chemical pregnancy. I won’t give up and will keep trying . I am grateful with finding Lydia . She has helped me with ovulating and getting my cycles to regulate prior to taking clomid . She had also used techniques to help with bloating and constipation. My sleep has been a lot better and I feel less stressed. She has gave me supplement recommendations to assist me with occasional cyst. I highly recommend Lydia . She is truly caring

Lydia has been incredible. I came in for accupunture due to stress, anxiety, sleep issues, digestion, and overall imbalances. I have been seeing Lydia now for 2 months, 2x a week, and I can not believe it took me 29 years to not only find this place but accupunture in itself. I had done extensive research before picking an acupuncturist. It was very important to me to find someone who is thorough, patient, and informative. Lydia has exceeded all of my expectations. Since seeing Lydia, I have been falling asleep and staying asleep every night, improved overall digestion, and have been able to lower my anxiety medication that I have been on for 20 years now. Lydia is incredible. She has been treating me for about a year; I have many complex conditions. She is so kind and thoughtful. She truly cares about her patients. I always feel better after my appointment. The Great Neck location is my favorite and closest location, but all of the locations are good.
