I had a great experience with Laura. I didn't have to wait to be seen, I think I was in and out of there in about half an hour. She explained everything I needed to know about traveling to Ecuador, such as avoiding freshwater, what's safe to eat and drink, under what circumstances I would need to show proof of vaccination, etc. She deciphered my old vaccination record and recommended which vaccines I should take. I got three done by her, and it was quick and easy. I also bought a bug spray there at her recommendation. She also filled anti-malarial and antibiotic prescriptions in case I decide to go into the jungle or catch an infection. I would definitely recommend.

I had great experience. My nurse Laura explained everything to me and I felt very confident I was receiving great care and great advise.

I went to LIJ the last time I needed travel related healthcare and I would never go there again.

this is literally my first review iv ever left on any product service or anything. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF ADVICE/ INFO / VACCINATIONS, this is the place to go. I've called and visited numerous other immunization offices for information and i always felt like i was being "sold" on items and vaccines i didnt really need. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with Tonya and she was able to answer all of my questions and i really felt a trust connection. i made an appointment for the following week and was given great advice. They told me that many of the other vaccines which other Dr's told me i need, actually were not a concern for the countries im traveling to. saved me a few hundred dollars!!

In addition to the knowledge and friendly staff, they printed me out a booklet with key info regarding the countries im visiting; including embassy and consulate phone numbers, addresses, and what to be prepared for. (that was worth my consultation fee alone- which is still half of what others charge)

I would 100% recommend this place to whoever is traveling! - thank you guys for such a great experience!!!

Great experience from start to finish!! The office staff was very informative and helpful. They gave me and overview of which vaccines were required (yellow fever) and which were just recommended, and they even gave me pricing information BEFORE I booked my appointment. They don't accept health insurance, but the prices were reasonable, and most travel vaccines aren't covered by insurance anyway (as I soon found out). The nurse who did my consultation was thorough and professional as well as being super pleasant and friendly. They provided me with a personalized itinerary that had complete information for my destination, and I was also given a yellow card which detailed the vaccines I was given. I highly recommend Passport Health to anyone who is traveling abroad!
