I am a 64 year old attorney, and Westbury Alfa Romeo provided the best car buying experience in almost 50 years of buying and leasing new and used automobiles. While I'm certainly no motorhead, I am a car guy - my first car was a 1973 Dodge charger with a 440, 4 barrel carburetor, and since then I've owned multiple Z cars, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche - you name it - but none of those dealerships rolled out the red carpet the way Michael and his team (Dena, Cammy, even Ken, the finance guy). They never pushed hard, didn't try to upsell me and generally treated me like royalty. They were more interested in getting me into the car that was right for me, than in making s quick sale. Dena spent hours giving me detailed information and instructions, and Ken was more interested in talking cars and watches like an old friend than merely pushing papers across his desk. They look you in the eye and listen to you, without any obvious attempt to push their own agenda. And Michael, the general sales manager, is a straight talker who understands what you want and goes to work yo help you get it. All questions were answered completely, patiently and happily and, at the end of the day, they took in my Mercedes which was nearing the end of its lease and I drove off in a brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce, with which I am head over heels in love. German cars may be masterpieces of industrial engineering, but an Italian car is all about beauty, lust and the unadulterated pleasure of driving. See these guys - they'll change your driving life from a humdrum commute to something you'll actually look forward to every single day, and you'll walk out with a huge grin - instead of the usual feeling that you've been run through the mill. They not only get my highest recommendation, they have made me a customer for life. I recently purchased a vehicle at Westbury Alfa Romeo. Throughout the purchasing experience, the sales experience was relaxed, and every document presented was described and was straight forward. I was able to get some of the documents sent via email to review in the days surrounding the purchase as I live a good distance from the dealership. There was never any shady business tactics and they were more than willing to work out the kinks in the road.

The sales experience was excellent (shout out to Jose B and Jose C! ) . I must have called once or twice a day while I was securing financing and he was always available to shuffle my concerns to the appropriate departments. Ken in F&I was extremely easy to work with, the only products offered to me were ones I was interested in and otherwise was happy to deliver the car. It’s evident most of the team is sold on their brand and are passionate about the vehicles.
The VIP plan has a specific contract and they really make it worth its value. Oil changes, towing, 30 day exchange with generous mileage, and complementary loaner cars plus some extras. Quite the service versus cash markups like other dealers.
