Not only did they help with my wine selection, but when I left, my car got stuck in the snow.
A store employee, who was shoveling their walk noticed me, came over and voluntarily spent 10 minutes digging me out.
And when I tried to tip him, he adamantly refused saying “Oh no; You’re a customer”! -
