I’m Gary Pouliot and had my 1990 Ford Painted at your shop. Island Trees Auto, Doug recommended you. When I went in to ask questions I was greeted by Darrell, and right from the start he explained in detail how my truck would look and the work that could be done.
Darrell went well beyond my expectations. He reassured me that my truck would look beautiful. His approach was very professional and he recommended what needed to be done. He was not pushy he just told me about the advantages. I’m so glad I agreed to what he suggested because I am extremely impressed with the paint job and all the work done. I get stopped in the street by strangers to compliment the car
I also wanted to tell you that Darrel went out of his way to research and find parts that I was not able to find. He represents the front of the office very well. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. It was a great experience all around. Every time I called or stopped in Darrell reassured me that I will be very happy with outcome. He takes pride in your company.
