Sangeeta is sincere and cares deeply about each client. I had extreme fatigue and breathing issues after COVID. Doctors gave me no hope at all. I thought I would have to go on disability. Sangeeta took the time to explain what was going on in my body and broke down the program into small chunks. My body could handle the exercise and improve versus crashing every day and staying in bed most of the time. I highly recommend her. I have my life back and am able to go back to work. I still do the exercises that she gave me to continue my recovery. If you as a patient will sincerely follow what she says you will see the benefits.

Most people who go to PT/OT are there because they're in pain and dread going to their appointments. Sangeeta (owner and therapist) has created an environment that is warm, friendly and inviting so it makes the experience pleasurable. She is a very kind and compassionate therapist who genuinely cares to help you achieve your goals. She has also assembled a staff who are very kind and helpful.
