Grand Prix Subaru

I couldn't have imagined a better buying experience than I had. Take it from a person who is a heavy introvert. Me and my wife had the pleasure to sit down with Philip and engage in some amazing conversations about not just cars but life. At the end of the day is just nice to feel like you are a person to a company not just numbers and I know Grand Prix definitely embodies that atmosphere with all their folks who take their time to explain things and do not rush you into anything. My only regret is having to rush out of there after we bought our car due to having a prior event to go to and I could not take a picture with Philip and our New to us 2023 Forester Sport but hope to catch up with him during my service visit!

I just bought the EXACT car that I was looking for at Grand Prix Subaru. Nevin and the team were kind, thoughtful and efficient. Nevin was well informed about the car’s various features and Richard explained all of the warranty options. I felt like they really listened to me and understood what I was looking for, I never felt pressured. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend! I just bought a Subaru outback from the dealer. In the many cars I have bought this was the best experience I've had buying a new car. The sales team from the salesman Eitan, to sales manager Mike are amazing professionals. They listened to my needs and desires and matched me with a great car at a great price. They also went the extra mile to get the deal done during a breach in the software that all dealers use to process deals. I was in a big bind without a car and they got deal done in a timely manner. I am extremely confident I got a good deal.
