I have joined SC Fitness around 70 days back and i can proudly say that it is changing my life to a great deal. My back and overall fitness issues seems like going away. Can see good change in strength and stamina but long way to go. This place is very clean follow all covid protocols and workouts every day is totally different which is fun and not boring at all. All the team members motivate each other. I can just say thanks to the whole system.
After being away from working out for quite some time, I joined the Pulse program at SC Fitness and am so glad I did. My enjoyment in working out has returned and after only one month I feel better and stronger both physically and mentally. Charlie, along with his staff of trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating, along with having upbeat, positive personalities. I would recommend SC Fitness to anyone, regardless of age or ability, as the staff is always ready to help by adapting the workout to fit your needs.
Scary (read: Intense) going in, but you'll feel amazing!
I felt exhausted just watching a class on my very first day. The workouts looked intense and terrifying.
Now 2 months into my membership and I still feel a bit 'scared' but show up anyway. Everyone is so positive, motivating and encouraging - students and coaches alike.
No matter your level you will be pushed to the edge of your comfort zone. But you'll get through it, and you'll come out feeling sore and amazing, too tired to continue but excited to jump into your next class.
The best part of Cross fit is Team work. Coaches shuffle workout plan each day that rejuvenate the mind and nerves. After 12 sessions I feel more energetic than before. At Cross fit one feel connected and motivated to do the best. I feel happy to be part of it and thankful to coaches for their dedication.. :)
I have been doing Cross-fit for 2 years. I recently relocated and had to switch boxes. To say I was reluctant is an understatement. I loved my old box, but the staff and members at 165 have made my transition a great experience. The programming is fantastic.The coaching is attentive, supportive and encouraging. Way to go SC Crossfit 165 keep up the great work!
