The Bristal Assisted Living at Jericho

The community is staffed with loving care givers, professional nurses and accomplished administrators.
The families become friends with one another and the residents are provided with entertaining stimuli that offers enrichment.
The grounds are well maintained, private and full of walking spaces & garden’s. They are also Pet friendly too!

The Bristal at Jericho is an outstanding senior community. The staff is super friendly and caring, beautiful views and lovely atmosphere. The Bristal at Jericho has many activities to keep the seniors active, entertained, and healthy. The food is delicious and the presentation is always pictured perfect. I highly recommend this senior community for yourself or a family member.

After many on-site visits and research, my brother and I chose the Jericho Bristal for our widowed mom and we are so happy that we did!
Bruce, Gina, and the entire staff REALLY care about the residents. They call them all by name (!) and are very aware of their whereabouts.
One day I was having trouble reaching my mom by phone. I called the reception desk (which is staffed 24/7!) and the person said she had just seen my mom walking to Bingo. She was able to relay my message to mom and I was very relieved.
The actual building is spotless and so beautifully decorated. My mom loved it from day one. She also loved the food....so beautifully prepared and delicious.
We moved her in April, 2022 and they were still cleaning the building constantly and enforcing masks, etc. Covid shots and boosters were offered on site which was so convenient!
Before our dad passed away in Dec, 2021, he was very unhappy that we were looking at assisted living places for mom. He said they will all look beautiful, but "it's the staff and how the residents are treated that really matters".
Well, my brother and I are totally at peace with our choice since we satisfied both things! We know that Dad is smiling down and loving how happy mom is in her new home. And mom constantly thanks us for her new apartment.

It’s not an easy decision to move a parent out of their home to assisted living but at some point, it’s the best decision and The Bristal in Jericho is the place to be. We moved our mom there. She was very hesitant (like your parent might be) and thought we were “putting her away” but we weren’t. We were just moving her to an apt in a place that had everything she needed…a wellness center, library, dining service with choices you can’t believe, an outdoor pool where it’s so relaxing to sit outside, arts and crafts, beauty parlor, day trips, movie theater, cafe socials and most of all.. the nicest and most caring people that work there who will make your mom or dad feel so welcomed every minute of the day. My mom loves it as do all the residents I speak to. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend you do your research but my guess is that you will choose The Bristal in Jericho.

It is so refreshing and gives my family such peace of mind to know that our grandma is in the safest assisted living with the absolute best care available! The staff at the Bristal at Jericho are all angels. They truly care about their residents. Bruce Ritter, Devi in Reflection, the Receptionists, the Wellness Department, and all of the aides and staff are always available to address any question and assist immediately. My grandma has truly never been happier. She's constantly raving about how clean the Bristal is and how amazing the food is.... that really matters to a 95 year old Italian woman! The care is 10 out of 10! The absolute BEST! There's no shortage of activities for the residents and it truly feels like a family! Thank you to the Bristal at Jericho for the attention to detail and for loving our loved ones!
