This past spring I emailed them about a goose with a broken wing in my parking lot, sent them pix, and then someone called me and came by later that day to catch it so they could help fix it's wing in their hospital and care for it until it recovered. Great communication and friendly staff. Thank you for all that you do and responding so quickly.
