  Buddhaful Yoga was a great choice for me to get Back to Yoga after a ten year or so break.
  I chose the Vinyasa class which was challenging without being overly tough.
  And Yogi Paul provides the personal attention needed to assure you are moving properly with the poses.
  Large clean studio.
  I’m looking forward to the next class and also trying other classes
  Highly recommend.
  
  It's been about three months now, and I can't say enough about Buddhaful Yoga and Yogi Paul.
  Yogi Paul is a Yogi's Yogi, and has become not only a Yogi for me but a Mentor and a friend.
  Every class is a new challenge and Yogi Paul provides unsurpassed personal attention and guidance.
  I'm always looking forward to the next class.

  Great choice for any one who wants to begin or continue their Yoga practice.

  BEST YOGA TEACHER AND CLASSES AROUND. Not only is he spiritual, knowledgeable, and smart but he’s unique, motivating and FUNNY! I’ve been doing yoga for years and the beginner class makes me sore. Boot camp is no joke and the primary, that’s for real yogis. Best teacher that truly welcomes and adjusts the practice for all ages and levels. I can’t see myself going to another studio

  Buddhaful Yoga Studio offers a bright, clean, welcoming environment where practitioners of yoga are guided toward mental and physical well-being. There are classes for every level of practitioner. In addition to yoga classes, there are strength and stamina building classes (aka: bootcamps). The price is right. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

  Enchanting. Yogi Paul meets you where you are and has an incredible capacity to focus, guide and simultaneously crack jokes to keep the lightheartedness energy alive while tuning into our bodies. These aren't just yoga classes, they are an experience worth having and the only good yoga classes are the ones that involve teachers who have met themselves deep enough to be able to tap into something deep within you and Yogi Paul has fully encompassed all of that beauty.   Hands down, best yoga studio I have EVER been to. Yoga Paul has very reasonable prices in order to encourage people to be able to do more yoga. This yoga studio really just wants to see their community benefit and thrive. This practice has greatly helped my well-being in many ways. Thank you Buddhafull Yoga!
