Personnel are pleasant, friendly, and professional. We were greeted by James as soon as we walked in. No wait. Store is very clean; frames are well displayed. Great experience all around!

My Ray Bans' frame cracked. I had recently purchased new prescription lenses for them that were still intact. Although I didn't originally purchase the frame/lenses at this store, when I brought them here to be looked at, Bruce went out of his way to help me find a rectangular frame that would work with my lenses. He was extremely patient and helpful, and found an affordable frame that looks great. Thank you so much!
