Despite the personal hurdles that come with aging, Chris has kept me injury free and making progress. I cannot recommend AMP highly enough. I've worked with 4 of the trainers there and they are all excellent. But Chris is my guy. I also appreciate the family atmosphere and the very positive vibe that I always feel when I go to AMP. They're a great group
