When we had to file a claim, Janet was extremely helpful and walked me through the process, with the result that we had the claim paid quickly. I was really impressed with her professionalism and how well she knows insurance.

We used Oyster Bay Insurance for 35 years until we moved to South Carolina. Oh how I wish I could have taken Janet with us. Janet is by far the best insurance broker out there. Janet and her dad Harold really cared about our needs and it was always great to just stop in and accomplish what we needed done. Personal, caring and efficient. After a horrible experience with my previous agent, I contacted Janet at Oyster Bay Insurance. She was very helpful and found me a home insurance policy that perfectly fit my needs. Because my hot water heater was old, I needed to get it replaced as to not limit my coverage. Janet was great about following up with me after I replaced the heater on the documentation to ensure this limitation was lifted.
