Karan and “Ji “ delivered the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Karan took the time to walk through every detail of our current plans, made sure we were getting exactly what we needed, and explained everything with patience and clarity. Both of them were attentive, thorough, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be returning.

recently got a new phone through Verizon, and the experience has been excellent. The setup was smooth, the service is reliable, and the network speed is impressive. Gee was helpful and made the upgrade process easy. Overall, I’m really happy with my new phone and Verizon’s performance. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife, daughter and I were in your store yesterday afternoon. I have never had such a great experience interacting with a cell phone provider. Your employee, Gary, handled our concerns with accuracy and efficiency. He is absolutely amazing! And...he is the reason we will be staying with Verizon Wireless. Excellent work, Gary!!!

Our salesperson, Gee, could not have been more helpful and accommodating if he tried. He gave us any and all discounts and promotions available to us, and had the patience of a saint. In addition, he was courteous and respectful throughout our purchase!

My wife and I went to this location after reading all of their positive reviews, and it did not disappoint.
Upon entering the location, Mr. Karan (Kevin), who was seemingly busy restocking the shelves immediately greeted us and asked us if we needed his assistance.
We were there to upgrade our phones, and also to see if there was a better plan for us. After reviewing the details of our current plan, he provided us with various options.
I had questions which I thought were very hard to answer, but Mr. Karan was very knowledgeable and precise with his responses. Some customers may enjoy the added fluff and unnecessary compliments when being served, but I am one to get right to the point, and get in and out. Mr. Karan, likely due to his years in customer service read me like an open book and left out the nonsense while he served me and my wife.
Mr. Karan, all Verizon Retailers need experts like you. We are so glad to have met your acquaintance. Thank you.
