I highly recommend Carpe Diem and the amazing Silvia who transformed my house. She was so attentive and responsive; always providing me immediate responses, quotes, suggestions, and ideas. Her care and customer focus was always 110% and she even answered my late night questions (even with our time difference!) What started out as an inquiry over a beautiful bed I saw on line turned into my house filled with amazing pieces of furniture, rugs, and lighting that I could have only dreamed of. Silvia made the process so easy and was excellent about keeping me informed on production, payment, packaging, and shipment. She even oversaw the loading of my crates at the port! I could tell Silvia really cared about my happiness and satisfaction with each piece we chose. I will turn to Silvia and Carpe Diem for anything else I need in the future.
