“Very cute little toy store. Has lots of fun toys, the kind you may not find in Toys R Us. Niche collectible items too. Great place to stop by to get a unique toy for your special youngster. Taking 1 star off because the toys could be less expensive....they have a large markup and can be found much cheaper online...but then again, they have to pay $$$$ rent - as surely rent in Wheatley Plaza must be high. Do recommend this place!”

“Phoenix Comics is definitely the best place to get comic books on Long Island, by far. The owner, Peter, is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people on the planet. Whether a life long comic book fan, or a new enthusiast, Peter can help you find exactly what you're looking for, even if you don't know yourself. This store is jam packed with new releases, old comics (even some from the Golden Age!), toys, memoribilia, variants, trades and literally everything you'd ever want. It's a well organized, but a bit cramped, store with the best owner. If you're on the fence for a new place to spend your money, spend it here.”
