“I waited a very long time to come here because they are a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. Booking an appointment was easy and quick and all the details were provided online. I even emailed Queenie with a question and she got back to me in less than 24 hours. The day of the appointment I had a little trouble finding the salon so I called the receptionist Mary and she was really nice and helped me find my way. When I arrived, the salon was clean and elegant and my hair was washed in a very fancy sink while the latest music was being played on the speakers. Everyone who I spoke with was really polite and helpful which allayed the fears associated with going to a salon the first time. Queenie had many clients that day but she didn't rush through anyone. She took her time and made sure each client got the same quality and care, regardless of how tired I saw she was. Definitely coming back and definitely recommending the salon to others. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because from beginning to end I was in the salon for about 6.5 hours. M y recommendation , just go when you have a day off cause you may be there a while, but trust me it'll be worth it !”
