After just a few classes I was hooked. Head Coach Kate is as competitive and motivating as they come and challenges you every time you step foot in the studio. She leads by example and fires you up to do and be better. The same goes for every coach I’ve taken a class with that has helped teach me about the OTF workouts, the terminology and everything in between. Every time I walk in I’m always greeted with positive energy and a smile. Any interaction I’ve had with the staff has been nothing but positive and supportive which is a direct reflection on the captain of the ship. It’s easy to see that Fallon is a great leader who operates an amazing studio. The morale and energy in her studio is appreciated and an easy motivator.
