“I have been wanting to come here for awhile and after seeing beard meats food came here it reminded me to come here. The place has a cool atmosphere and although it was in the afternoon the service was friendly and attentive. The pulled pork was perfect moist and nicely smoky in flavor and our appetizer of nachos was plentiful and very good with pieces of tender smoked beef mixed into it. Very nice neighborhood, the only knock is I couldn’t find beard’s picture on the wall of fame.”

The Fried Calamari is a must have & you will not be disappointed with the Veal Fiorentina. The restaurant even offers a Diet Menu which I thought was a nice touch. No concerns whatsoever with dining here during the Covid Virus. It was so nice to find a restaurant where you can enjoy a great meal, feel safe, & your business is genuinely appreciated!! Ordered via @Slice App and this time they set deliver time expectations correctly. That said, they delivered sooner than expected, which is always welcome.”

“As you can tell from previous reviews they tend to run hot and cold on the quality of their food but tonight they were on fire, the boneless wings were tender and nicely sauced, the chips, wedge fries and onion rings were also very good. The big surprise was the fried shrimp crisp, tender and the mango fire sauce is the perfect compliment. I just want to add we have been customers since the beginning and I can only remember a hand full of times, out of the dozens of visits , that we weren’t completely satisfied.”

“I love Merengue! I been going here for years but this was the first time I dined in. And honestly everyone is so kind and friendly there. I don’t speak good Spanish but the girls behind the counter were such sweethearts and Alex the owner is also so kind, warm and welcoming. The food is delicious! While we were eating there was a guy playing music from the country my family is from and he also bought us shots of tequila. Definitely didn’t expect that! We felt so comfortable and right at home. The sweet plantains is so delicious- my hubby all time favorite- but the yellow rice and beans- definitely my favorite!! My hubby and I loved every thing. Will definitely be coming back.”

They were so accommodating and worked with me and Josephine winded up making me chicken franchise on a brioche bun that was absolutely delicious, you can tell as I ate every single last bite.
