She’s the seller’s agent but she conducted herself in such transparent and integrity way it really made me trust her every step along the way. I had been looking for a new house for almost two years and never had a seller’s agent actually did their homework and had the houses they were showing inspected prior to showing the houses so they could better understand as well as explain the condition of the houses to prospective buyers as Patsy did. Patsy knew particularly everything about the house and came back quickly with answers when there were things needed clarification from the seller. Patsy was very attentive to the progress of the deal and liaise efficiently between the seller, seller’s attorney, and I from start to finish.
